He already said that they have a system in place to monitor this. I don't think any further tips are necessary, because if Alexander says something like that, then no further tips are needed. Exactly, even if the person downloads 1,000 files - three are counted.

There's no reason to freak out over a ticket that hasn't been answered yet. Everything is running smoothly - good revenue, good upload and download speeds, and most people have received their money on time. I'm very sure that your ticket will be answered. Just stay calm.
