Main server had a hardware failure, multiple ram modules went bad & it took longer than expected to get it replaced by our datacenter. We are now looking at setting up fail-over servers, so such issues don't take the site down. We will add 5% extra to everyone's payment in next payout cycle...

Replied :) We have tried 720p and it doesn't stream properly, also consumes a lot of bandwidth; we don't sell premium accounts to afford that kind of bandwidth consumption. 720p will be enabled once H.265 gets supported by flash, as that would reduce our bandwidth consumption.

there was system bug, which caused all our encoding servers to crash and filled up our upload servers; due to it being a weekend took us some time to fixing things up due to above issues, encode queue was longer than usual; its betting better now and should be resolved amicably by tommorow...
