What is the error when you are trying to send the email? You can't send an email to all users via cpanel since it isn't attached to the vBulletin. Check your Spam, sometimes they put it in there- Drake

Redirection problem
It works with vBulletin so I believe it is the SEO you got. My forums redirect to /forums and I also use SEO and it works. Just try to install it again. Maybe you missed a step.- Drake
