Hi, You can send your username for me to check personally, but the most common reason is that you are overestimating how many are actually the tier you expect. We will double check all countries and settings, but are pretty sure that they are set right.

All Payments sent :D No filehost can offer "real unlimited HDD" this is impossible. We don't have a set limit, but we can work out something with you use HDD space efficiently instead of just storage. The only problem was with users who had unverified AlertPay accounts.
