program1 was closed long time ago (more than a year for now i suppose). Every user receive couple of messages with notice. we stop payments for program1 at the same time - more than a year ago.
now we do not support this program and wont recover accounts.

about switching to PPS from PPD.
we always check(automatically) uploader`s traffic and when we see critical situation with sales (like 1 sale for 10000 downloads) we contact this uploader directly regarding this issue.
at this time script switched lot`s of accounts automatically.

this discount is mainly used by our uploaders, who dont have $15 per 30 days (for example they have a delay in uploading). And sometime by our customers - encouraging them to make more rebills.
Another issue - almost every content can be found...

this morning according to our monitoring everything was normall - i cant see any drops. and 3 hours - quite a noticeable period.
this is some kind of floating error. can you see your files after uploading now?
we try to find the problem uploading different amount of files at severall accounts, but everything seems normal.
do you have this problem now?
about access troubles :
Аfter we moved to crocko, we have to optimize database structure, since crocko have more capabilities of managing files. That's why there were short downtimes yesterday and today.
So - we know about it, and it`s not actually true that admin or support ignoring this...

SOME uploaders received payment without earnings for last day. This is tech problem, we`ll return missed earnings to their accounts and will pay as usuall - next monday.
