Many people who use Firefox don't have that bug; have you tried deleting your Cookies and disable NoScript (if installed)?

Your files won't just be deleted without reason, don't panic. You exceeded your storage limit, which means you won't be able to upload any more files to your account until you get the proper package. If your files have not been downloaded for 60 days, they will be deleted automatically. Hope...
