thanks for the info. have just changed name servers but what about Please update your DNS and also Flush your DNS on your machine. You can also add this on your hosts file 217.23.8.130 yoursite.com This will be faster for slow people. Please explain. Thanks guys.

Same here but we thought we had a good host. How wrong we can be. Just waiting then move. No possible refund of course the money we have wasted on photonservers. Photonservers reputation going down and down. I would never use them again as they didn't keep their promise to us.

I have been forced onto this new host and it is not working, database errors started as soon as the change took place, no response to e-mails or tickets, and now site down. what a mess photonservers have made for us. Hope all not lost.

Well i am totally gutted by this. i joined this host from recomendations from people and now we have all been forced to move to other hosts. NO e-mail before the move so no choice in what we had to do only an e-mail after the move. The prices in the new e-mail are so very high compared to what...
