Hey Brad what's happened. Just tried to get onto the client area and get Firefox can't find the server at www.tehwebz.com. And to my vps and get Firefox can't find the server at s1.tehwebz.com.

Having a similar problem. Talked with brad and he told me that there were people on 24 hours a day so i bought a vps 8 hours ago and raised a ticket for some support and still nothing. Not impressed so far and it has not even been 1 day.

Still having problems with speed. Filesonic bad and fileserve even worse. Please sort out the speed problem. PS I raised a ticket yesterday but no answer.

Still having problems with speed. Edit It seems that it was that one server giving the problems. Now downloading from server 170 at real good speed. (3000) Spoke too soon. Now on server 191 and getting 198 download speed.

The first file downloaded at about 350 and now the second file is downloading at 180. Too slow. Tried to download the first file to home and getting much faster speeds so it cannot be a slow filesonic server.

I am having lots of problems with remote uploading. Upload files ok then they are on pending for ages and ages. Not happy with that at all. Seems to be getting worse. any others having similar problems? Sales have also dropped off only 1 so far this weekend.

If remote uploading doesn't work you will not get many peole using your service. I have been waiting for an hour for files to go from pending. Only 10 files. Think will have to try another filehost.

Yes the files are going into the correct place but in kloxo when i try to open the folder to get the downloaded files i just get a blank white screen.
