to start i got into my cpanel and then the site was suspended no longer access to cpanel. waiting for my money back.

I got rapidleech account had a problem with it so raised a ticket and still waiting for reply. it is now 10 hours of waiting and now when i go the site it tells me my site is suspended so it's time for my money back and cancel account please. Tried to get into my cpanel and login failed...

I recently moved to to photonservers from another host and i must say speed fantastic, downtime so far 0% and 100% for service. They moved my exsiting site for me free of charge and with no problems. Would recommend this service. Thanks guys at photonservers.

I have just got hosting with photonservers.com and i must say so far really really good. Had to contact echnical a couple of times and got very fast reply and with answers that were easy to understand. I have only been there for 2 days but things are going well. Would recommend them to anyone...

Yes over 2 days and still no luck. I am only thankful that my site on that host was very new and was building it. Found another host for my site and seems ok at the moment. Had to send 2 tickets to them and replied within a very short time and problems sorted quickly.

How can you run a website with the server down. I got my log from InternetSeer monitor and tells me when the site is down. So you are not providing 99% uptime as you promised. I must clarify and say the problem i have at the moment is with shared hosting. Rapidleech hosting is working ok.

I have no given up with this host. Still no reply to my e-mails or pm's. Found a new host.

I have a shared account and it is always going off line and cannot get to client area as that is also down. Will be looking for another host if this keeps happening. This week it has been down 3 times and at the time of writing it has been down 6 hours.
