Katfile, Clipwatching and Shorten are not mutually exclusive. If they do payouts on Katfile and Shorten, people would continue to use those 2 services.

Idk man, they should at least say "Hey, we have some problems, next payouts will be in a week or 2". So far this is looking more and more like Verystream all over again, but atleast Very did payouts until the end... Did someone try to contact Clipwatching support on site? Are they responding?
