The issue is he wants the fee on the payout so and there are fees on the paypal payment because its not send via friends & family (not sure if its called like that) And paypal is unsafe anyway so im not sure to use a service which takes 10-15% from us and more from the user.

Could you pm me with your traffic source and if you have a own site with some traffic statistics etc.? Its your first payout so we review your traffic, after your traffic is reviewed it wont be needed anymore and payout is done usually within 5 business days

I don't see any major issues but if you keep having the problems i would need the source file of the video
