We got some reports, that some people have issues to play newly uploaded files.

But so far, we only got reports from that issue from mixdrop, including your example.
We are happy to check others, if we get actually examples.
And if this issue would be persistent a lot of people would complain because they upload from their own servers via remote.
But again give me other...
Recovery script is still running, our honest expectation so far is that we can recover 60-70% of the files.
Anything after that is a bonus tbh.
A bonus for all affected users will come in some way as well but currently we are working full time on the recovery process

There seems to be an mistake. We are moving data right now and users with alot of views / long time member should have been informed, that there could be some files which are not available for a few hours.
For some reason these accounts which should have gotten that email got banned...
Currently we don't have that feature, but i talked to my tech team, we will either add it or generate a new one for you very soon (probably even today)
Do other people have the same Issue?

yes, someone was spamming our remote upload server with different accounts. He got blocked now but due of that,, we are behind of a lot of remote uploads job.
It slowly goes down and we are trying to improve the queue but it will take probably 12hours, till we achieved normal levels...
Hey, i would need to know from where you try to remote upload, if its another service like mixdrop, they most likely changed smth. If its from your private server please pm me with an link
