Our services are completely unmanaged. If you order shared, and then order a VPS you will have to migrate your data over and change DNS if you do not want to lose uptime.

We do not provide cpanel licenses directly. Only directadmin. If you get a BREIN then we have to remove the content. If we make the plan $20 this means the vps will be $5 and this is not possible. If you have a tight budget why not go for directadmin instead? Cheers

CPU is not your only factor. IO will be a nightmare if you are expecting to cram many VPSs on a single node with SATA disks. Cheers
