The EU FTP upload speed is really slow... Each file just get 300 KB/s... Where's the great speed gone? I upload from NL server. hope it can come back to normal asap.

My NL server also met problem with fileserve. Always shows "The connection has timed out" page on firefox... And Ftp upload also strange... Seems some network problem happen to Europe area. Because my friend in AU says it works fine to him.

@Boom As I know the BT even you just download.(means file is not 100%) You still need to upload some part of files. Could intensecool explain it whether can download from public torrent or not?
