Honestly I don't know why but today they changed many features, seems that storage space for premium user now is 2 tb (before it was unlimited), now there is a bandwidth limit also for premium users (100gb per day). Yes, they disabled support on getsatisfaction.com. If you have some questions go to filefactory main page, click on help, contact filefactory and ask a general question or enquiry. They answered me in few hours.

Premium users also have the same problem, filefactory support says they have various problems with the upload and they are trying to fix it, I hope soon. Today I uploaded the same file 4 times :facepalm:

Now links are back online, download speed (free user) oscillates between 2 and 160 kb \ s, better than nothing :D

I think it works only for premium user.
