I totally recommend BuyRDP to anyone looking for a very good and affordable shared RDP. The new server has amazing speeds!! RapidShare downloads avg a speed of 75-90 MB/s. Also, uploading files through ftp virtually takes seconds (not minutes). It's money well spent :)
