Ticket answered. Here are some print-screens of 3 speedtests executed on a GigaServers VPS. Tests were executed with mirrors from different country than the country where the VPS is hosted. In same country speed is 110MB/s. GigaServers USA VPS GigaServers EU VPS

I think it would not be very hard to made one :) From what I see, they offer FTP upload, so you could use any FTP upload script and adapt it..

If you are using cPanel, error logs should be located in same directory where the causing problems script is. There should be a file titled error_log. There you will find any errors such as "not found" or "out of memory" etc.
