There was an issue in the marketplace as well yesterday where forum-seller made a thread for his designs and sniffdog went ahead and bashed his designs and then his site. I have come across a couple of threads where discussions/criticism isn't allowed in the marketplace as it's not a review...
Using mac isn't a problem because I am using a mac as well, not having a single issue.
Have you tried another browser? Also why not add the IP to your host file and then flush your dns
Open terminal:
Accessing the host file
sudo nano /etc/hosts
Scroll all the way down after the last line and...
Hi,
I am not an uploader but rather a webmaster (I don't upload AT ALL).
Just a suggestion, the site looks nice but the website branding is rather ugly and it doesn't look like a host that would stay long. Find a better designer and get your site re-branded -.-
If opinions are all shitty, why did you give your opinions earlier. If you have nothing else to say, why bother trying to trash this thread? Let the discussions go on.
I got infracted and I was told you go elsewhere if I had a problem with the rules. I guess that pretty much sums up this debate.
I would not counter argue anymore as we all can see where this is going. Nothing is going to change. (:
Sure no problem, when the suggestion was made to make the blackhat section, how is it so that no staff objected that it breaks a site's TOS and such activity is not allowed in WJ.
I mean you have problems with an exchange thread, how did such a section even make it through?
Allowing file hosts that promote you to upload warez violates copyright laws. Why isn't that forbidden either?
Talking about violating a site's TOS, twitter does not allow sales of any accounts, yet a thread is selling a twitter account.
POINT of having proper SEO is so that consumers who use the search engine can get to what they actually wanted but using black hat is not cheating?
And about the solving the problem, no one said it's about understanding the rule, the question is which rule exactly. ;)
Well,
There is quite an heated argument in the ChatBox and as suggested by a moderator that we can open a debate thread and it won't get closed if we keep things civil (http://d.pr/i/9nJg)
So yeah, firstly, why is that thread closed when a similar thread ran for over 9 months and more than 23...
The VPS says Intel Xeon, you should check the clock speed.
If you don't require admin access, RDP would be a better solution because although the ram is shared, it probably won't be that all the users are online at once ;)
