You're missing the point. Who decides who gets banned? The admins. Does MrP have a good relationship with the admins (obviously, he's a mod). Does chris have a good relationship with the admins? I doubt it, hence why he got banned. It's not about what you do, it's about how much the admins...

dawt tee kay domains are free. .info's aren't. and anyway, **** domains aren't exactly trusted, they have a pretty negative connotation attached to them

Yeah, but it looks broken. You want like a hand drawn image icon instead. Heck it doesn't even need to look good. Just the zip icon and the image icon completely contrast with the rest of the site (I think i said this on gra-fix or something).

The new one is a lot better. You may think its not good, but it actually suits the theme quite well. Your logo wouldn't. See the thin navbar and td bits? Hence the logo should be thin to keep the feeling the same. Your logo is thick.
