in simple words what you looking does not exist, there is nothing similar to adsense which can earn higher rate and easy to use at the same time. I suggest you edomz cpv ads which can give you good earning without annoying or redirecting your users, like any other network does so it fulfills...

payment terms are net 45, which I do not know why, but payments are made much faster, I received my last payment in net 15, so you may want check with their support and discuss what best option you can get. I love kinda of support they offer and never got such great support from any other...

you should contact edomz support, some time could be your traffic not doing well and it need some tweaking, so contacting support may help I get good help from support and they do help to adjust account, as all traffic is not same, so you should contact support and see if it can be any better

finding cpm banner is very difficult these days, most cpm companies do not pay good rates
