A good team is a team that is collective and collaborative. I can list many other things that makes a good team but the lynchpin of a good team is a team that can and will work together. It does not matter how good each and every member of the team is individually if they cannot work together.

I guess I have never thought about it that way. I just started using played.to and was wondering if I should continue or not depending on their payment processing time. Thanks mole:-=
