are you hosted in a vps or in shared/reseller account ? I guess that youre on a vps. Go, just buy a 3$ shared account and check their uptime. Is arround 70%. not even mention reseller accounts.

Well, let me tell you my experience. Santrex for shared and reseller hosting, really sucks. 99% downtime. and Bad support. Really a very bad support, but whats worse is overselling. With vps, i have good experiences, but they are not very reliable. Dont even think to host a site in their vps...
