Good one CyberAff :)) But ne ways phaze is not back 100%. Phaze (Admin) himself is still sleeping. Submissions which are showing there are almost one month old! Might take some more time for it to be up & running as it used to be. Till then better not to take any risk with katz :P

Yes we can add. I have added phaze buttons back to my 4* rated site. Shouldn't be a concern! But make sure that there is only Katz button in header! :)
