I just renewed... and my rapidleech disappeared. No access to files via FTP either, so did I lose all those too? Sent a ticket, sent a DM. Guessing I won't hear back for a while though.

My RL is so overloaded w/ users I can't even use it anymore. I've been trying for hours to D/L a 70 Mb file. Server doesn't even have the memory to start the transfer... FAIL

how many users have you got a server? do they max out the cpu load a lot?

You're a liar. I left live support after you said no one else was having problems and I wasn't either. And I can't make you a Wordpress login if I can't get through to the site.

I would be very wary of these guys. I'm having all sorts of problems and not getting any help with them. They're telling me no one else is having problems so they don't believe I am.

updates ... Got moved to a new server, everything was great. Until last night, HF of 40 Kb/s again. On the plus, I discovered my cable internet can go to 2.2 Mb/s

Myoffshore has been great until this problem. I have no idea what the deal is... they're web hosting, for example, is tops. ** 23 minutes to download a 60 Mb file ** What a freaking deal! Watching the speeds go up and down (all the way up to 122 Kb/s) I'm thinking they just don't have enough...

and now they're crap again... still no response to revised ticket or DMs...

My speeds are coming back... slowly (first it was 900 Kb/s now it's 1400 Kb/s now it's 5000 Kb/s)...
