There's a file named tools.php in the 'do_not_upload' folder in the vB zip. Upload it to your ACP folder and visit the script in your browser. Try resetting your cookie path/domain settings, clearing your cookies and see if you can login. If that works, don't forget to delete the file!

Did you manually set a cookie path in the ACP? If so, did you update it for the new domain? Can you login yourself?

US based hosting? Might want to rethink that one. Also, I have to agree that you have too many forums for the amount of content that you currently have. It will turn visitors off to your site because it looks empty and unused.
