Server is down since 5 days ago, in Christmas it was, at least, 3 days and no compensation was given, website is down now. I'm very dissapointed with Remote-RDP.
From my own experience this is the best RDP I've ever had. No significative downs, quick support. I suppose some users had problems because that server was wrong, but Chaitan attention is the best. For everyone who reads this thread must know that things are working well in other Remote RDP servers.
Some servers have very poor upload speed, but it is not because RDP server. For example: Mediafire.
I've found Winrar decompress or compress very slow at times, and I always use 'storage' configuration. But this is a normal problem in all RDP's.
Otherwise everything works right.
I've made a subscription. I hope your service will be better that 'Tehservers' who left me almost 1 month without service.

My case: i made a subscription to get an US RDP with EspecialRDP in January 19. The owner activated it and i was surprised to see in my hd partition files from an earlier user. The server's owner didn't erase them! And then he, without any question to me, change the RDP from US to NL. I lost all...
I'm using UK RDP for more than 15 days and everything is perfect. Sometimes uploads with File & Image Uploader go wrong, but i think this is because problems between this soft and host servers, not related with RDP.
