Lokiloki is a very old friend of mine whom I've seen operate a few sites. His intent online was not to profit, but to rather seek enjoyment. Great guy, have nothing but the utmost respect for him. :) TPF was his baby, so I can understand fully why he didn't want to sell the site nor give it away.

Yes, however do not expect to ever see a large amount of consistent traffic if you run a DLE site. Google will sandbox you, thus damaging your domain and website permanently. Unfortunately, the FreshWap/HeroTurko network knows this all too well. :(
