What kind of site? If it's adult, I think ExoClick is pretty solid. CPM is $0.01 and sometimes $0.02, it's not very attractive but you can play around with it, such as adding 4x 300x250 ad and 2x 720x80 ad, then have a multi-format zone that picks between the 2 (highest earning gets picked).
