I've never seen anythink like this, they should tell if they pay or not! Instead they find ways to evite that, bank problem, 300 days for getting verified for e-payments,etc etc etc.

I don't think that cloudzer was targeted, anyway one think is credit card payment and another payout via bank transfer. Btw how much time takes to get verified for e-banking? 2 months? becouse in 1-2 weeks is more that enough for verification
