Joseph - Ok I will have this looked into, as far as I am aware the FTP is working fine in terms of performance and processing but it is possible some files do get caught in the system and your problems could be a result of this.

Is this via FTP that your are having problems with processing?

charles - It is not only during the promotion period, the 7 days waiting period exists always. It has been like this from the start, if you want to change a plan just plan ahead and if you do this then the 7 day wait won't really be a problem. FS to FJ RU works fine here, have you tried...

The file limit is for free users, so if you set 1024mb this will mean free users cannot download a file over this limit. Premium members however can download a file bigger than the limit. The max file size a free user can download is 1024mb that is why it is the max file size limit in the drop...

Reviews of categories may happen in the near future so be patient and you may see changes. You don't have to set a file limit, so it's totally up to you. How long? Are you experiencing problems still? It works as normal here so curious to see if your problem is ok now. Greg

Fileserve works fine, filesonic has been discussed in the thread multiple times already so your answer is already here. Where are you uploading from? Have you tried other sources? You can easily get faster speeds than what you have seen thus far.
