There is an option on the WebMoney site to order a Payoneer card through them. In order to receive your WebMoney payments to Payoneer you need to have this specific card. Allow me to reassure you that our Refer a Friend is open to Payoneer cardholders worldwide :).

In order to withdraw from WebMoney you need to order the WebMoney card via their website.

The yearly fee is taken once you have sufficient funds on your account to cover the fee.
