what took webthosting so long to reply to a support ticket?

i'm just telling the truth, if you are online now, u should help me. i wont do this unless i have been ultimately frustated! i review your knowledgebase, which part does it tell you on how to change from shared hosting to vps? i just need help, thats all.

How can you say they dont allow rapidleech? I bought a custom package specially for rapidleech and the problem got fixed few days ago, but it rise again and they does not reply my support ticket for 3 days.. so much for 24x7 support

it has been 3 days webthosting does not reply my support ticket!!! I told them to fix the server timeout problem as rapidleech always stuck without finish downloading. They did and it last for less than 24 hours! hey, where are you, please reply my support ticket before i blow more shocking...
