Go to admincp>Styles & Templates>Style manager>then chose your skin and press >><< Go to Forum Home Templates>FORUMHOME The look for <!-- guest welcome message --> The remove whats there and add what you want.

Lots of warez sites have that skin. Also the images on the left and right of the site are messed up.
