I didn't receive the payment but it says completed so that's a step I guess. First time trying finally to purchase with crypto. It says "At the moment not available!" even though the option is available and balance up to a point. so what now? RIP?

I thought it was already on trial. Won't the case take longer than a month?

Merry Christmas everyone! Maybe it's our in this post. Last year payment stuck for some months and it came through on New year's eve. I extremely doubt this will happen this year too since not even crypto got paid and I'm 7+ months waiting now

fair. maybe I sent to different email other than their form. It will still be extremely disappointing to see crypto being paid while bank is still stuck for unknown months more without being able to cancel the request

not everyone is equal. in 5 months I sent two emails and haven't received an answer on any and nothing is paid ofc. faith more than lost as it will take that many months to be paid the past 5+ months
