Hmm yes sorry, our current system is not fixed rate (some times a bit below others a bit higher) but at the end of the month it should be 100% fixed with a new update.

Try to add new subtitle, it was a caching issue try now. About the below 10$, it is average might alter a bit but in the next weeks we will make it fixed. (so it will be fixed 10$ for tier 4 and so on)
