Just PM'ed some else with the following requirements for a new file host: 1) Server must be managed 2) Must have cpanel 3) 1 Gbit port connection + unmetered 4) 8 or 16 GB RAM 5) At least 3TB disk space 6) CPU: i7-2600 (or similar)

Unfortunately I know nothing about server management and would require a managed server. Too bad as your setup seems rather appealing.
