I think ill go with them, but still choosing. Im going to buy it from a host so i dont think that counts for the Educational Licence :(

Is there a way to get cheap cpanel licences. Im thinking on getting a VPS but cpanel is a little pricey and i don't have a lot of money.

Go into the AdminCP > vBulletin Options > General Settings > Who's Online Options > Enable Spider Display, set that to yes and you should see the spiders in the who's online page.
