No - it will be a completely separate account. You will still need to have the 2 cards, one for Webmoney and one for everything else. Webmoney is a separate partner that can't be linked to other partners.

OK, I have the answers: You can only use the card issued by Webmoney for their transfers. You continue to use your current card for all other payments from partners. You can add new partners EXCEPT Webmoney to the card you already have (and you can't add new partners to the Webmoney card)...

The VBA is technically available to everyone, but it does involve an application process. There is a minimum requirement of 3 payments from a partner over a 3 month period (at least), at which point you can contact our support team for an application (it isn't automatically offered to everyone)...
