So this is what I've done:
1. I've created nameservers using the namecheap function 'Register Nameservers'
2. I've added them in cPanel and created A records there which point to 2 of the server IP's
But only half of the locations can load a domain pointed to them, and they are already pointed...

Does anyone has any tips for nameservers?
I've setup my 2 custom nameservers over namecheap, but those seem to be really bad.
Does anyone know how to do this better?
@sniffdog: Paying for a whole year is good idea. I mean the server is on 1 Gbps but every account is limited to 100 Mbps.
