Again asking, what is the rule about video convertion? No convert button appears on my filemanager. there is no explanation about it. only the questions about statistics are being asked. I don't have issues with the performance of convertion, convertion even does not exist!

Any idea about how to find convert button? why no answer?

There is no convert button near my videos. It never appeared like the others. Why? please enlighten me.
