One thing bad about a vps is, your control panel and other programs running will eat up your ram/cpu, so make sure you have more then that and some extra for system resources.

Very outdated, you can't even get a server with 8 or 16gb of ram, they really need to get up to date damn servers within the past five years are newer then there hardware. But I wouldn't go with any you really mentioned or anyone has, you will find out at lease web really quick if you get any...

You are going to probably need a low end dedicated servers for lots of video encoding/coding it takes alot of cpu/ram up, why not spend $100-130 and get a decent low end server with about 4gb of ram and a 1gbit port and like 10-30TB bandwidth depending what you require, then you won't have to...

PRQ isn't worth it in any way, they are charging thousands of dollars for a few hundred dollars in service, many better places that are cheaper and better network setup.

I highly doubt you will research several thousand dollars, you would be lucky to get a few hundred unless you got lots of traffic.
