Looks good tbh, and the load isn't that slow. I'm not really into iPads, and I was wondering whether the sizes need to be that big. If you had smaller sizes, or even hotlinked movies, that would result to more bounce rate and downloads.

You can try hiring a freelancer, but it won't be cheap if you want it built by a professional.
