You can check the list of your referrals‏. If your referral shows a star next to it , then it means that he bought a premium‏.

We had that speed before but conversion were even worse‏. In fact we had 100 kb/s‏ for unregistered and 150 kb/s‏ for registered‏‏.

I checked your account and saw that you are in Pay Per Download plan‏. You will get a revenue if you choose Pay Per Signup or Mixed Plan, but not on PPD Plan.
