    Hosting for torrent tracker/torrent cache

    What would be the best hosting for a torrent tracker? A torrent cache is my second choice. The software would be peertracker. The tracker would have relatively small bandwidth usage (private use) Max budget would be about 20 bucks per month.

    Use zimage dot tk. It's completely ad-free. It's my host, and i am promoting it :D
