@vizitor its mainly tezfiles In total from January 25 until today its 36 sales and 17 rebills so for me (as usual) there is no issues or irregularities. I dont use K2S as it is way over crowded last few years - if I have to - then I use fileboom as alternative.

Great start also in February, so far sales in $$ is up 35% compared to same time period in January.

I can recommend to contact @mastypk here on the forum. He will sort you out - I used their offshore servers for 4+ years now both for wordpress hosting and storage / up/download servers.

Yes I am aware chargebacks are happening and nobody is safe from this. But the transaction says Refund on the Moneyplatform Its not possible for us to categorize this as a chargeback when it literally says refund.

May I ask, how is refunds possible when subscription is bought on Nov 1st for 3 months and on Nov. 28th full refund is given ? Is it possible for me to completely block for this customer to ever buy from me again please ? this is mostly for VPF Tezfiles.

Moneyplatform is by far the superior filehost in todays filesharing business. They reward the webmasters based on their success. If you have great content which will bring good sales then you get higher percentage of the sale as a reward. Many other hosts just turn on shaving in their copy...

@XdaniXw for comparism i had 6 rebills total nov 1 to 3 - 4 of them were 1 month rebills.

sales are still awesome on moneyplatform - no other host out there even gets close to the number of sales + rebills.

yes it seems fine for me now also - it didnt really yesterday but I may be mistaking - I will still double check during the weekend before blindly trusting it.

to me it looks like released insurance money is not added to the total balance but simply only removed from insurance balance. The Daily stats page is not factoring in any insurance releases even if they show there. So my question still remains unanswered about all the balance sums...
