I paid for 12.99 WMZ for a 30 day premium account - after payment the payment gateway didn't redirect to Rapidgator. Although my account is charged, still my account status is FREE. I sent a support ticket to RG but still no reply after 8 hours or so. Any help what I should do ?

UPDATE: So I claimed for a refund through Paypal & more threats followed - So obviously he has rejected my refund claim & said that I have used the server for 5 days used bandwidth etc. Paypal has escalated the issue from a refund to a chargeback claim.
