You have to remember, that there are probably multiple users on that same server that are thinking the same thing.. for like another 10 euro you can get yourself a dedicated server with about the same specs on 200mbit unmetered..

Out of those two, neither.. you are much better off going to someone like Leaseweb

you may want to fix up what is on your Germany dedicated page.. someone might EXPECT the servers to be 15euro+
