We don't want any counters in there. It's pretty flexible that we show states like preparing download. Since we don't have any countdowns we wont implement it because as soon as file is prepared to be downloaded we allow user to download it.

If the videos are mp4 is going to take a little longer since they don't need to be converted asap to be played.

Yes everything is fine with encoding. MP4 Files are not ultra important. Due to large queues we process non mp4 videos first while mp4 files remains playable.

The problem is now fixed. Issue was caused by display bug. All settings was correctly set in our database however there was a little problem in communication between front-end and the back-end.

@Sang nguyen There is Pause/Play button right on the middle of the player. If your users can't understand how play/pause works i'm very sorry to you. However as you can see in mobile version there is no space to add extra buttons thats why most important button is located at the middle of player...
