^^ Well my current server is NL based, but its FTP uploading speed is like half of the speed I got from the US server .. Anyways, I'm still looking for offers to come from sellers, and recommendations from fellow buyers :)

Well I have had previous US based VPS, and I was able to upload to both Fileserve and Filesonic simultaneously, with upload speeds of about 15 MB/sec per host ... So anything which is the name or more is acceptable by me :) For RAM, I dont have any specific requirement, but maybe at least 1...

FTP upload has been *insanely* slow today, as are web uploads (around 100 kb/sec) ... Is there any problem at your end ?

So then why do people keep remote backups ? .. This would completely defeat the entire purpose of keeping a backup of the same files .. Only solution would be to download the backup on a system, unrar, and the rar again with different parameters so as to generate a different MD5, and then...
