This guy didn't deserve life in prison, not when murderers and rapists can get off with 10-20 years. All he did was provide a service where consenting adults could exchange goods willingly, he can't reasonably be held responsible if someone overdoses on a product one of the users of his website...
I like the comment feature. A bookmarklet or browser extention that would integrate with your site would be a cool feature, maybe you could adapt one from another service. Is the captcha really necessary?
Removed a number of dead links just now. If you come across any dead links, you can use the report button at the top of the listing and I will remove it quickly.

On my directory of file hosting sites, FileStorage.at, you can sort listings by established date - ascending to see which hosts have been around the longest.
I use gandi.net, they have good terms of service and you retain legal ownership of your domain unlike many other registrars. They operate out of France.
I would change "reffer" to referrer for continuity/clarity. The Terms and Conditions and DMCA links on the menu bar don't link to anything. anonymiz.com is not the most memorable url, perhaps you could get a shorter url for your service like other services bitly etc. Also, how are you planning...
